Congratulations to Robinson School alumni Corey Taite on receiving CACC Player of the Week honors for the 3rd time this season. Taite is among the national leaders in many statistical categories. He is 54th in the country with 19.9 points per game, 16th with 48 steals, 22nd with 118 free throws, 25th with 2.18 steals per contest, 48th with 436 points and 64th with 35.2 minutes per game.
Taite averaged 23.0 points on 15-of-25 shooting, 6.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.5 steals over two games. He poured in 32 points on 10-of-17 shooting with eight rebounds, four assists, three 3-pointers and two steals Tuesday in Goldey-Beacom’s 87-76 victory over Chestnut Hill. Taite came back Saturday with 14 points on 5-of-8 shooting, five assists and four rebounds in his squad’s 95-77 triumph over Nyack.
